Grapes : Sangiovese 85% – Canaiolo 10% – Colorino 5%
Vinification
Foot of indigenous yeasts. Maceration for 8 days. Steel and concrete.
Aging
6 months in barrique and tonneau., 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Notes
Garnet red color with vermillion reflections.
Vinous, spicy with hints of ripe fruit.
Tannic and dry in the mouth.
Pairings
Main courses based on grilled red meats or long cooking dishes such as braised and stewed meat.
