From the Suvereto vineyards on soils rich in clay and minerals, this pleasant wine is born bright ruby red, with a perfume of berries with a round taste and full-bodied. Suitable for all excellent occasions with typical cuisine. In the vineyards the system of Guyot training and production of grapes per vine is 2 kg. Collection as with all quality wines it is manual. this organic Tuscan red is produced in Suvereto cellar where the grapes harvested ferment in steel vats in contact with the skins, without temperature control e addition of chemical allergens, not industrial yeasts are added.
